Formulation Notes
Carpet extraction cleaning involves spraying detergent, agitating, and vacuum-extracting. The cleaner must generate controlled foam and dry without sticky residue.
Formulation FC-10.8-M β Carpet Extraction Cleaner (Liquid)
Specification: pH 9.5 Β± 0.3; foam height 120β180 mm (Ross-Miles, 0.25%, 49Β°C); dilution 1:80 to 1:160 for truck-mount extractors. The LAS:AE:CDEA system produces foam of moderate stability for soil suspension during 5β10 minute dwell time. Wool and silk carpets require neutral-pH formulations (6.5β7.5) to prevent fiber degradation.
